墨鱼大烤

传统上海菜。

1.准备一只墨鱼,一斤五花。

2.分别切块焯水。

3.葱姜爆香,先放入猪肉煸炒,后放入墨鱼块,翻炒一阵后,放入些许生抽继续翻炒。

4.加水,加料酒,加冰糖,加小米椒,茴香和香叶。

5.焖煮30分钟后,加入煮熟的鸡蛋,鸡蛋可以划开,这样会更入味。

6.焖煮40分钟后,开大火收汁。
