清炒蛤蜊

1.蛤蜊放入盐水静置一晚让其把沙吐干净。

2.锅热倒油,小火葱姜蒜爆香。

3.放入蛤蜊后1转大火,待开口后倒入少量水和白酒,盖上锅盖焖至全部开口。

这次做下来觉得蛤蜊肉有点老,可能火有点过大了,或者时间有点久。
