清蒸鲈鱼

1.鱼刮鳞,去内脏,用盐腌制3到4小时。

2.洗净,鱼身改刀。

3.准备葱姜放上鱼身和鱼底,抹上少许油。

4.中火煮10分钟左右,视实际情况而定,应用筷子戳背部和尾部等易不熟的部位检查。

5.准备蒜丝,准备一勺热油。

6.鱼出锅后,放上蒜丝,到上蒸鱼豉油,淋上热油。
