杏鲍菇鸡丝

  1. 整块鸡胸肉煮熟焯水, 取出后冷水洗净,手撕至一条一条。
  2. 杏鲍菇切条,洗净。
  3. 锅热倒油,蒜末姜末爆香。
  4. 倒入杏鲍菇翻炒,加入耗油,生抽,大火收汁。
  5. 放入鸡丝继续翻炒直至完全收干。
  6. 装盘后,撒上香油和白芝麻。
